NORMAN, Okla. — After finishing the shortened 2020 season as the top ranked team, the Pepperdine Waves earn the pre-spring No. 1 ranking in the opening Bushnell Golfweek Coaches Poll.
The Waves received 9 first-place votes, followed by second-ranked Oklahoma who received five first-place votes, and Vanderbilt who received three first-place votes. Texas climbs all the way up to fourth, followed by Georgia to round out the top five.
Tennessee, Arkansas, Auburn, Texas Tech, and Arizona State, who received three first-place votes, all earned a spot in the top ten.
