Methodist Retakes Bushnell/Golfweek DIII Coaches Poll’s No. 1
NORMAN, Okla. - After capturing their third win of the season at the Tiger Invitational against six top-10 teams, Methodist topped the March 21 Bushnell/Golfweek DIII Coaches Poll for the first time since October 11. The Monarchs received 15 first-place votes and 447 points in the process.
Washington and Lee (three first-place votes), Sewanee, Illinois Wesleyan, and Emory rounded out the top five, while Oglethorpe, Carnegie Mellon, LeTourneau, Aurora, and Lynchburg completed the top 10.
See the rest of the top 25 below. Gustavus Adolphus, Cal Lutheran, Rochester, Pomona-Pitzer, Gettysburg, La Verne, Nebraska Wesleyan, Saint John’s (MN), Skidmore were others who received votes.
