SCOTTSBORO, Ala. ? Ron Marshall of Illinois Central College has been named NJCAA Division II Eaton Golf Pride National Coach of the Year by the Golf Coaches Association of America prior to the national championship.

?I am highly appreciative of the consideration and the honor bestowed by my peers in NJCAA Division II,? said Marshall of the award.

Marshall was also named as the Central Region?s coach of the year, while Jake Harrington of South Mountain Community College was honored for the West and Bruce Vandenbeldt of Grand Rapids Community College in the East.

The NJCAA Division II Men?s Golf Championship will be played May 19-22 at the Goose Pond Colony Golf Course in Scottsboro, Ala.
