Ricky Sanders NJCAA DI Recipient of Phil Mickelson Outstanding Freshman Award

Garden City, Kansas – Ricky Sanders of Indian Hills Community College has been named recipient of the NJCAA DI Phil Mickelson Outstanding Freshman Award.

A native of The Hague, Netherlands, Sanders has two wins on the season, including recently at the NJCAA District III Championship. He has two other top three finishes on the year.

Tae Itthiratchai of Western Texas College, Central Alabama CC’s Jake Maples, Michael Salazar of Midland College and Harry Walch of Eastern Wyoming College joined Sanders on the All-Freshman Team.
