McCord Division III Winner of Phil Mickelson Award presented by the Phil and Amy Mickelson Foundation

SALEM, Ore. – John McCord of Redlands has been named recipient of the Phil Mickelson Award presented by the Phil and Amy Mickelson Foundation as the most outstanding freshman in Division III men’s golf.

McCord recorded three top 10 finishes this season. He previously was named to the PING All-Region Team and the Ken Sherman Freshman of the Year by the SCIAC. McCord tallied eight rounds of 75 or lower on the season.
