NEW YORK, NY?Golf World has published the results of its latest preseason College Coaches? Polls.   Defending NCAA champion Oglethorpe is the number one team in the Golf World/NIKE Golf Division III Preseason Coaches? Poll, earning 10 of the 17 first-place votes.

Since last October, the Petrels have finished no worse than third in any tournament, winning three times including their first national title.
 
Rounding out the top five are Huntingdon (No. 2), Methodist (No. 3), LaVerne (No. 4) and UT-Tyler (No. 5).
