Andersen Winner of the NJCAA Division I Phil Mickelson Award Presented by the Phil and Amy Mickelson Foundation

LUBBOCK, Texas – Frederik Andersen of Western Texas College has been named recipient of the Phil Mickelson Award Presented by the Phil and Amy Mickelson Foundation as the most outstanding freshman in NJCAA Division I Men’s Golf.

Andersen has three wins this season, as well as one additional top-5 finish and three more top-10 finishes.

Kyle Gertner of Odessa College, Wallace State CC’s Aksel Olsen, Ben Welle of Scottsdale CC and New Mexico JC’s Elliott Whitley join Andersen on the All-Freshman Team.
