Oklahoma Christian Retains Top Spot in Golf World/NIKE Golf NAIA Coaches' Poll

NEW YORK, NY?The first Golf World/NIKE Golf NAIA Coaches? Poll of the fall season has been released, combining the resources of Golf World magazine, NIKE Golf and the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA). The complete results, including results from Divisions I, II and III, will appear in the September 28th issue of Golf World. 
Oklahoma Christian remains the number one team in the poll, earning seven of the nine first-place votes.

The Eagles managed to keep the top spot, despite posting a fifth-place finish in their fall opener.

Rounding out the top-five are British Columbia (No. 2), Oklahoma City (No. 3), Texas Wesleyan (No. 4) and USC-Beaufort (No. 5).

Victoria (No. 10) cracked the top-10, after being ranked No. 11 in the preseason coaches? poll. Indiana Wesleyan (No. 24) and Grand View (No. 25) moved into the top-25.
