HOUSTON ?  Steve Fell of West Florida has been honored as the Division II Eaton Golf Pride National Coach of the Year announced the Golf Coaches Association of America.

Fell has led the Argos to seven team titles this season, including the just completed NCAA Division II Championship. West Florida also won its last five tournaments of the season - which in addition to the national crown - included the championships of the Gulf South Conference and the NCAA Division II South Regional. In 13 tournaments this season, Fell?s squad only placed outside of the top four once - it?s season opener at the Hartford Hawks Invitational where it finished sixth. Additionally, Argos Tobias Rosendahl and Kyle Scott were named PING First-Team All-America selections.

?THis is just icing on the cake on an incredible season,? said Fell. ?Our players did a great job all year.?
