NORMAN, Okla. — Oklahoma State is the new No. 1 team in the Bushnell/Golfweek Coaches Poll. The Cowboys claimed six first-place votes.

Oklahoma moved up five spots to second and tallied five first-place votes. Preseason No. 1 Pepperdine dropped to third and received three first-place votes. Fourth ranked Texas (1) and No. 5 Arizona State (2) earned the remaining first-place votes. North Carolina fell two spots to sixth while Clemson, Georgia Tech, Texas Tech, and Vanderbilt rounded out the top 10.

Three teams - NC State, Kansas, and LSU - debuted in the ranking. The Wolfpack clocked in at No. 23 while the Jayhawks and Tigers tied at No. 24. Arizona, North Florida, and SMU fell out of the top 25.
