NORMAN, Okla. – West Florida received 14 first-place votes to become the unanimous top-ranked team in the Bushnell Golfweek Division II Coaches Poll. The Argonauts placed first in the Golfrank Invitational and second in the Copperhead Championship since the previous ranking.

Lynn and Florida Southern stayed at Nos. 2 and 3, picking up one and four first-place votes, respectively. Fourth-ranked Nova Southeastern and No. 5 Florida Tech both moved up a spot. Newberry was sixth. Chico State jumped into the top 10 at No. 7. No. 8 Columbus State was followed by Limestone and top 10 newcomer CSU Monterey Bay.

CSU San Marcos (#20), Sonoma State (#17), St. Edward’s (#23) and Texas A&M Commerce debuted in the ranking. Central Missouri, Grand Valley State, Missouri - St. Louis and Rollins dropped from the top 25.

The final fall Bushnell Golfweek Coaches Polls will be released November 17.
