Joan is one of the co-directors and founders of Whole-In-One, an organization that supports college coaches in strengthening team cohesion, the mental games of their athletes, and their players’ self-awareness and leadership skills.  For the past 15 years, Joan has been a management consultant working with senior executive teams in multi-national organizations - specializing in leadership development, team building, and cultural transformation.  Until recently, she was Chief Learning Officer of Merryck & Co, a global CEO mentoring firm.  She was the co-founder and Senior Partner at Richard Barrett & Associates for 10 years where she worked with clients and trained over 1000 consultants and change agents in values-based assessments, surveys and strength-based methodologies globally.

Mitch’s area of expertise is in the field of communication.  In the world of sports, he has been a Play-by-Play Commentator for ESPN for more than 15 years, and for Comcast Sports for the Crown Royal Golf Championship.  He has created, produced and hosted numerous sports programs for television, including On The Green Golf TV and national infomercials with such noted legends as Ken Venturi, Jimmy Ballard, and Chuck Hogan. Mitch is a member of the Golf Writers Assn. of America and a Contributing Writer for Fairways & Greens Magazine.

Whole In One will present an interactive session designed to deliver techniques and approaches for coaches to use with their teams immediately and throughout the season.  The presentation will focus on positivity and its benefits to teams and individuals, as well as actions to increase the positivity of teams and players.
