(NEW YORK, NY) — The latest Golf World/Nike Golf Division III College Coaches’ Poll has been released, combining the resources of Golf World magazine, Nike Golf and the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA). The complete results, including results from Divisions I, II, NAIA and NJCAA will appear in the November 12, 2012 issue of Golf World. Oglethorpe maintained its spot atop the latest Golf World/Nike Golf men's Division III coaches' poll, earning nine of 13 first-place votes.

The Stormy Petrels finished off their fall campaign with two wins and two third-place finishes.

Methodist remained the No. 2 program in the latest poll, earning one first-place vote. Rounding out the top five are the University of Texas at Tyler, Nebraska Wesleyan and Saint John's of Minnesota.

Two other schools received a first-place vote: No. 7 Gustavus Adolphus and No. 14 Wittenberg.

Three new programs joined the top 25: Mary Hardin-Baylor in a tie for 20th, and Allegheny and Pacific Lutheran, both tied for 25th.
