(NEW YORK, NY) — The latest Golf World/Nike Golf Division II College Coaches’ Poll has been released, combining the resources of Golf Worldmagazine, Nike Golf and the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA). The complete results, including results from Divisions I, III, NAIA and NJCAA will appear in the April 30, 2012 issue of Golf World.  Barry stayed atop the latest Golf World/Nike Golf men’s Division II coaches’ poll, earning seven of the 15 available first-place votes.

The Buccaneers have claimed three titles during the 2011-12 season, winning the Nova Southeastern Invitational, Bobcat Intercollegiate and Buccaneer Invitational.

Finishing second in the most recent poll is Nova Southeastern, which grabbed six first-place votes. The Sharks defended their team title at the Sunshine State Conference Championship for their third win of the season.

Also in the top five are No. 3 CSU-Stanislaus, which earned the remaining two first-place votes, No. 4 North Alabama and No. 5 Lynn.

No new teams appear in the top 10. No. 21 Barton and No. 24 Central Missouri join the top 25.
