(NEW YORK, NY) — The Golf World/Nike Golf NJCAA DI College Preseason Coaches’ Poll has been released, combining the resources of Golf World magazine, Nike Golf and the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA). Meridian moved up from No. 3 to take over the top spot in the NJCAA D-I men's coaches' poll.
Meridian finished 1st at the NJCAA District 4 Preview as well as the Mississippi Gulf Coast Holiday Inn Fall Invite in October.
Odessa (#2), Western Texas (#3), and New Mexico JC (#4) all moved into the top-5. Odessa finished first at the NJCAA DI National Preview in Newton, KS.
No new teams entered this week's ranking.
